So Luxury Clean - Powdered Laundry Soda quickly dissolves in any water temperature and works with both front and top loading washing machines to keep your clothes naturally clean and fresh. Hypo-allergenic and safe for sensitive skin, biodegradable, septic tank and grey water safe, unscented, phosphate and dye free, our concentrated laundry soda uses 4 mineral and plant-based cleansing agents to dissolve stains and clean your family's clothes. It can also be used for handwashing.

Directions: Always follow the instructions on the garment care label for clothing and be sure to test for colorfastness before laundering. Pretreat stains before washing, separate colours from whites and use ½ a scoop (15g) for normal to lightly soiled loads and a full scoop (30g) for larger loads of laundry.
For front and top HE loader washing machines: Add detergent in the proper compartment by following manufacturer's instructions for your machine. Add soiled clothing and run the appropriate wash cycle, do not apply detergent directly to clothes.
For conventional top loaders: Dissolve detergent in wash-water before adding clothes, add clothing and run appropriate the wash cycle. If bleach is desired for whites, add bleach to wash 5 minutes after the initial start.
For handwashing: Rubber gloves are recommended. Dissolve detergent in wash-water before adding clothes. For heavily soiled clothes/fabrics, we recommend you soak clothes with 2 scoops of laundry soda for 20-30 minutes. Wash with lukewarm water and rinse clothes well before drying.

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed online. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and shipped. While we strive to keep all products in stock, processing times may be extended during high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances.

All returned or exchanged merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original, unopened packaging. Items without packaging (such as clothing or toys) must have all original tags attached.
Due to hygiene standards and manufacturer restrictions, certain items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds may be considered within 14 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt. Exchanges may be considered within 30 days for eligible items.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Gift items returned with a gift receipt may be eligible for store credit within 30 days. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
