All products are shipped from our Surrey Warehouse. Shipping costs may vary depending on your provincial location.
As a small family business, we work hard to offer the lowest shipping rates possible. We ship using Canada Post and FedEx. There are no additional handling charges.
Shipping Timeline
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends and statutory holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order is placed, items are carefully picked and shipped within 5–7 business days. Processing times may increase during high order volumes or unexpected circumstances.
Delivery to most major Canadian cities typically takes an additional 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Active Baby is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has been dispatched.
Backorders, Pre-Orders & Dropship Items
If an item is out of stock, backordered, or available for pre-order, we will contact you by email or phone with an update and available options. Estimated arrival times (ETA) are indicated on applicable product pages.
- Bugaboo parts: up to 3–4 weeks.
- Strollers & Car Seats (backorders): up to 2–6 weeks.
- Dropship orders: approximately 4–6 weeks, depending on supplier availability.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping & Fulfillment at Active Baby
All online orders are fulfilled through our Surrey Warehouse. Items may be sourced from our store locations and consolidated prior to shipment.
Our online sales department is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays. Orders are not shipped on these days.
