We are a Canadian, family owned small business owned by July and Chen, proud parents of three girls, raising their family in the same community they serve. We have two locations: North Vancouver & Langley, that offers a wide selection of trusted premium baby gear, baby clothing, essentials, and locally made products, all supported by thoughtful, personalized customer service.

Our Story.

Active Baby began in 2009, when July and Chen’s first daughter was just 18 months old. Inspired by their active lifestyle and the lack of curated outdoor baby products at the time, they opened a small store at Capilano Mall in North Vancouver.

The vision was clear from the beginning, build a space that connects families and supports an active, green community.

In Spring 2014, the store moved to Upper Lonsdale, allowing for growth and a wider product selection.

In Summer 2015, a second location opened in Langley to serve the growing Metro Vancouver community.

In May 2019, Active Baby celebrated its 10th anniversary, a milestone made possible by the loyalty of our customers and the dedication of our team.
