Price Match Eligibility

We will gladly consider a price match request if you find the identical product offered at a lower price by an authorized Canadian retailer. To ensure accuracy and fairness, we carefully review all requests based on:

 
• Product authenticity and brand authorization
 
• Identical model, color, and specifications
 
• Current availability and in-stock status
 
• Retailer legitimacy (must be an authorized dealer)
 
• Canadian pricing in Canadian dollars

We reserve the right to verify all competitor pricing before approving a price match.

Exclusions

Price matching is not available under the following circumstances:

 
• Brand-specific sales or promotional events
 
• Black Friday, Boxing Day, Cyber Monday, or storewide sales
 
• Warehouse sales or clearance events
 
• Flash sales, limited-time offers, or membership-only pricing
 
• Bundled offers, gift-with-purchase promotions, or special financing offers
 
• Pricing errors or misprints

How to Request a Price Match

In-Store:
Please present the competitor’s website or advertisement at the time of purchase.

Online:
Please provide:

 
• A screenshot of the competitor’s listing
 
• A direct URL link to the product page

Our team will review the request and respond accordingly.

Active Baby reserves the right to modify or refuse any price match request at its discretion.
