Wash before first use and each subsequent use in warm, soapy water, and rinse thoroughly. This teether can be cooled in the refrigerator and used to soothe your baby's inflamed gums during the teething stage.

Do not boil, sterilize, microwave, freeze, or clean in the dishwasher. Suitable for cold water sterilization only. All teethers wear out with normal use. Discard and replace product at first sign of damage or weakness. Inspect the product thoroughly before each use for signs of tears, cracks, or leaks, and test its security. Avoid using sharp or abrasive materials when cleaning. Always use this product under adult supervision.

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed online. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All returned or exchanged merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original, unopened packaging. Items without packaging (such as clothing or toys) must have all original tags attached.
Due to hygiene standards and manufacturer restrictions, certain items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds may be considered within 14 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt. Exchanges may be considered within 30 days for eligible items.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Gift items returned with a gift receipt may be eligible for store credit within 30 days. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
