Dr. Brown’s Narrow Nipple works with an internal vent system to let babies feed at a pace that’s just right for them. Each nipple of the same level provides a consistent flow, so both you and your baby always know what to expect. The anti-colic vent system supports vacuum-free feeding, helping to reduce colic, spit-up, burping, and gas, while preserving nutrients and supporting digestion for a more comfortable, restful night.
Made from super-soft, high-grade silicone, each nipple level offers a different flow rate. From the Preemie Flow for tiny mouths to the Y-Cut nipple with its “Y”-shaped opening for faster milk flow, you can find the perfect nipple to match your baby’s feeding needs.
As your baby grows, moving from a Level One to a Level Two nipple may be recommended. Choose the nipple that best matches your baby’s feeding style, regardless of age.

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed online. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and shipped. While we strive to keep all products in stock, processing times may be extended during high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances.

All returned or exchanged merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original, unopened packaging. Items without packaging (such as clothing or toys) must have all original tags attached.
Due to hygiene standards and manufacturer restrictions, certain items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges
Refunds may be considered within 14 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt. Exchanges may be considered within 30 days for eligible items.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Gift items returned with a gift receipt may be eligible for store credit within 30 days. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
