Directions for Use:

1. Slide on the Pregnancy Band: Gently slide the Bellies Band over your hips and belly.

2. Adjust the Elastic: Grasp the opposite arm of the elastic in each hand so the elastic arms cross over one another in front of your belly.

3. Lift and Secure: Bring both arms under the belly with an upward lift, then secure the two arms at the back.
