The MESA V2 features improvements in both safety and comfort for babies while maintaining its intuitive innovations you can see, and features that remove the guesswork. The MESA V2 continues to maximize ease to minimize error, which allows parents to move forward with confidence and security. Its SMARTSecure System combines auto-retracting LATCH connectors and a visual indicator that turns from red to green, providing an installation that is both simple and accurate. Front adjust no-rethread harness with integrated side impact protection as well as a one-handed release from both the VISTA and the CRUZ deliver a seat that effectively pairs safety with simplicity.

- Suitable for infants 4–35 lbs. and up to 32” in height
- Included infant insert, wedge and low harness position recommended for preemies and smaller newborns 4–11 lbs.
- Updated fit inlay for better infant airway management
- Carrier weighs under 10 lbs.
- Soft, breathable and moisture-wicking carrier fabrics keep baby cool and comfortable
- Adjustable headrest with Side Impact Protection
- Increased size of headrest for additional SIP performance
- No-rethread harness that adjusts with headrest
- Carry handle with stroller release button
- 4th anti-rebound handle position for increased safety in rebound & rear-impact collisions
- Storage pockets for harness buckles
- Easily removable and washable seat fabric
- UPF hideaway canopy
- Increased size of UPF hideaway canopy for extra sun protection and privacy (20% larger than current MESA canopy)
- Attaches directly to VISTA and CRUZ strollers without adapters
