SHIPPING
1. On orders over $89.99 you will receive FREE shipping*! *Excluding remote areas and certain products of large size.
2. All orders will be shipped between Monday and Friday. Orders placed on weekends and statutory holidays will be processed the next business day. It normally takes 5 to 7 business days to ship to most major cities in Canada. Processing time may increase because of a high volume of orders or unexpected events.
3. In occasion that the item is out of stock or back ordered or for pre-ordering, we will either email or call you to provide an alternate product solution or inform you on any back-order shipment.
4. Specific baby gear brands such as Bugaboo may take from 2-6 weeks to arrive. Please read the description of our products to see specific shipping times.

RETURNS
1. A refund of the goods purchased online can be made within 14 days from the date of purchase for regular priced items. Please read our list of final sale items to make sure your order is eligible for returns.
2. Refunds will be made according to the original method of payment.
3. Promotional Items: The return of items purchased during a promotion may cancel the requirements for this offer. In this case, the value of the returned item and other items included in the promotion will be recalculated based on the new terms of sale. All sales are final.
4. Any merchandise eligible for a return must be in its original condition with the price tag still attached, be unworn, and should not have been washed.
5. We are not responsible for shipping and handling fees. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or the result of an error by us.
