Maria Escola, certified sleep consultant and founder of Sleepy Miracles is invited to our Langley store to provide sleep deprived parents tips and knowledge on how to help little ones sleep. She will cover below topics:
- How to establish a calming bedtime routine
- How to create a sleep friendly environment
- Why naps are important to get a better night’ sleep
- Schedule / sleep windows – creating a good schedule
- Time for questions

About the speaker Maria Escola
María Escola is the founder of Sleepy Miracles Consulting, a sleep consulting company based in Langley.
After earning her bachelor degrees in International Relations and Business Management, she focused on her career. However, the birth of her first child changed her personal and professional life forever. She decided to become a Post-partum Doula and a Newborn Care Specialist.
María’s passion about infant sleep started after her second child was born. After struggling with sleep deprivation for months and successfully helping her son sleep well, Maria discovered her desire to help other babies sleep better and wanted to provide the support to other families.
In 2011, María got her first baby sleep certification as a Gentle Sleep Coach, A few years later, she received her second certification as a Baby and Child Sleep Consultant through the International Maternity and Parenting Institute. She is also the Regional Director of the International Association of Professional Sleep Consultants, a Gentle Sleep Coach Certification instructor and student mentor.
A Langley mama herself
She is a mom of two spunky and busy kids and when she is not helping families sleep better, she enjoys running, baking with her kids, and watercolour painting. María was raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In 2003 she moved with her husband to beautiful British Columbia, Canada. Langley is home for her family of four.
