Cleaning Instructions:

Pre-wash: These pads are not pre-washed, so please wash before use. A little shrinkage may occur (about the same as cotton).

Rinse: Soak pads in warm water for 2 minutes, then squeeze (do not wring) by hand 3-4 times under warm running water to rinse out breast milk that's been absorbed through all the layers.

Machine Wash: Machine wash with warm water for the best results.

Tumble Dry: Tumble dry on a medium-low setting. High heat can result in shrinkage.

Drying Tip: Pads may still be a little damp at the end of a regular drying cycle. This is normal. Flatten out the pads by hand as they may fold up in the dryer.
Air Dry: Machine dry a little longer or air-dry to conserve energy.

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed online. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and shipped. While we strive to keep all products in stock, processing times may be extended during high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances.

All returned or exchanged merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original, unopened packaging. Items without packaging (such as clothing or toys) must have all original tags attached.
Due to hygiene standards and manufacturer restrictions, certain items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges
Refunds may be considered within 14 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt. Exchanges may be considered within 30 days for eligible items.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Gift items returned with a gift receipt may be eligible for store credit within 30 days. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
