Cry detection happens directly on the device, and only the cries are sent to our cloud-based machine learning algorithm for translation ensuring your conversations stay private.
- Encrypted Data: Cries and cry data are securely transmitted via HTTPS.
- Anonymous Analysis: Our cloud doesnt identify who the cry belongs to, only which device to send results to.
- Data Retention for Improvement: Our partner Zoundream may retain cry analysis data, including audio recordings, for a limited time to enhance translation algorithms. No personally identifiable information (PII) is shared, and Zoundream cannot link the data to specific individuals.

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed online. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and shipped. While we strive to keep all products in stock, processing times may be extended during high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances.

All returned or exchanged merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original, unopened packaging. Items without packaging (such as clothing or toys) must have all original tags attached.
Due to hygiene standards and manufacturer restrictions, certain items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds may be considered within 14 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt. Exchanges may be considered within 30 days for eligible items.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Gift items returned with a gift receipt may be eligible for store credit within 30 days. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
