Cleaning & Care:
Wash before and after use. While dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing with warm, soapy water for best results. Avoid bleach-based cleaners or sterilizing tablets. To sterilize, use a steam sterilizer or boil for 2–3 minutes. Only use soft brushes or sponges to avoid scratching the silicone.
Caution:
Adult supervision is required during use. Check regularly for signs of wear or damage and replace if needed. Not intended as a teether. Keep away from sharp objects and store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.
Please note:
Solid food is typically introduced at 4–6 months. Please consult your healthcare provider before introducing solids earlier. Silicone may discolor over time with use.

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed online. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and shipped. While we strive to keep all products in stock, processing times may be extended during high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances.

All returned or exchanged merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original, unopened packaging. Items without packaging (such as clothing or toys) must have all original tags attached.
Due to hygiene standards and manufacturer restrictions, certain items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds may be considered within 14 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt. Exchanges may be considered within 30 days for eligible items.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Gift items returned with a gift receipt may be eligible for store credit within 30 days. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
